At the forefront of industries in transition, Susan is a catalyst for change and delivering sustainable, positive impact. A seasoned business executive, entrepreneur, and advisor, Susan works at the intersection of climate, disruptive technologies and industries ranging from media to the evolving energy system. As a strategic facilitator for boards and executive teams, Susan connects people and innovative ideas with a focus on driving change and delivering results. Susan works with clients including PBS, investors including Emerald Venture Technologies and institutions including the ETH, the Swiss Institute of Technology, where she hosts their popular "Conversations with ETH podcast" series. Previously, as the VP Strategic Marketing at the Oil and Gas Climate Initiative (OGCI), Susan worked to accelerate collective impact around the climate crisis. Through her work at IHS Markit, she launched the Innovation Agora @ CERAWeek, bringing together innovative technologies and the challenges of the energy transition. Susan initiated strategic cross platform multi media initiatives across media, data and analytics while at Bloomberg. At NEF, later purchased by Bloomberg, she started the Bloomberg Future of Energy Summit, today a series of summits held across the year and around the globe. Susan is a trustee and independent director on several boards and a Connection Science Fellow at MIT. Susan started her career as a banker at UBS and Chase, and graduated from Harvard - Radcliffe College in the History of Science, Magna cum Laude.
