Joanna is the Europe, Middle East and Africa Energy & Resources Industry Director at Microsoft. Joanna has over 15 years of industry experience across the Process Industries and Energy sector, including work as Business Development and Sales Representative for major System Integrators and Software companies. She has working experience in the entire value chain. In her current position at Microsoft, Joanna focuses on New Energies and Climate Technologies, helping customers and partners leverage digital technologies to achieve tangible business results. Joanna holds a Master's of Science degree in Drilling, Oil & Gas Department, from AGH University of Science and Technology, Cracow, and a Master of Arts in Economics, American Studies Center, from University of Warsaw.  She has also completed trainings in new energies and flagship sustainability programs.
