Stuart Page is a Senior Consultant with the Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office where he is focused on outreach and business development. Prior to joining the LPO, he was a Managing Director with The Carlyle Group’s $4BN Energy Mezzanine Opportunities Fund and served on the boards of several public and private companies. Stuart has served as CEO of multiple entrepreneurial companies, most recently with Glori Energy, a biotechnology enabled oil production company which he built from startup to NASDAQ IPO in 2014. Throughout his career, Stuart has led organizations in 7 countries on 3 continents. He holds a master’s in engineering from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
