Climate change is a global problem and will require a global solution. The world, however, has become even more fractured in the last year. Here we will discuss the Post-COP view of climate collaboration in a world fractured not only by the Russia-Ukraine conflict but along many other lines.
Climate change is one of the biggest challenges faced by humanity. Naturally solving the biggest problem known to humanity should also reward innovators and entrepreneurs. We have already seen companies like Tesla catapult to the list of world biggest companies in a decade. What other ideas could turn into trillion-dollar companies? What private sector opportunities exist to meet the climate change challenge, including new technologies, innovations and markets.
What is the future of coastal communities? How do these communities, where population density continues to increase along the coast, adapt while becoming more at risk from climate change and rising sea levels? How are the risks different in the developing versus the developed world?
